Why subscribe at all?
Photo-to-chart conversion and exports stay free forever. The subscription unlocks the AI side: Nano Banana 2 and GPT Image 2, up to 4K, watermark-free downloads and a priority queue. The commercial licence is already in the free tier — you never pay for it.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Cancel anytime in your account; benefits last until the end of the billing period, then pick another plan. Plan-to-plan upgrades and downgrades are not supported yet.
How are credits counted? Do they expire?
Per model and per option: GPT Image 2 starts at 4 credits/image (1K, Low quality), Nano Banana 2 Lite at 8, Nano Banana 2 at 10 (0.5K) — higher resolution, quality or image count costs more, and the exact total is always shown before you run. Subscription credits are granted monthly and valid for one month; credit-pack credits are valid for six months.
Is yearly really half price?
Yes. The yearly price is exactly half of twelve monthly instalments: Pro $120/year (≈ $10/month), Ultra $360/year (≈ $30/month), with identical benefits.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are generally non-refundable. For double charges or anything broken, write to support@crossstitchpatternmaker.app — we usually reply within three business days.
Can I sell the charts I export?
Yes. Free exports and paid renders both carry the commercial licence — sell the charts and the finished pieces. You're responsible for prompts and materials not infringing anyone's rights.
Is there an API?
No public API yet. If you need bulk access, write and tell us about your use case.
